Nutrition and Behaviour

Providing Technical & Regulatory Support for the Food Supplement Industry

Back in 1994 when I graduated from Nottingham University my final year project The Effects upon Behaviour, Nutrition and Crime was published in.- Nutrition and Health, 1994, Vol. 10.

Although knowledge has been added to in the last decade and more the basic need to incorporate nutrition into sociological approaches helping people manage their behaviour is yet to become main stream. This is an area where Restorative Health is working closely with many individuals and agencies but because everyone is different nutritional approaches take time and effort to follow through. However, anyone who has been turned around by a nutritional approach will testify that the benefits to them and their families are well worth adjusting the diet as they become not only healthier but happier people.

The attached is a summary of my project as it was presented. I hope you find it as interesting to read as it was to research. – view BSc Project pdf
